Town & Country Cleaning offers recurring house cleaning plans so that you can enjoy a clean home with a professional touch.
Standard House Cleaning
Our most popular offering is our Standard House Cleaning plan. The Standard House Cleaning plan covers top to bottom cleans in your kitchen, bathrooms, and the rest of the rooms in your home. Our Standard House Cleaning is offered in weekly, biweekly, and monthly (every 4 weeks) intervals. We are able to offer some customization of the standard house cleaning plan. This can be helpful for homeowners who have less frequently used spaces such as guest rooms in their homes. Standard House Cleanings are priced by the approximate square footage to be cleaned.

Core Cleaning

The Core Cleaning allows you to experience a professional clean in the most high impact areas. Yet by limiting the cleaning service to just the wet rooms, Town & Country can save you some money on the total price. Core Cleaning Plans are priced per room.

Town & Country Cleaning offers one time house cleaning services tailored to these unique needs.
One Time/Deep Cleaning
A One Time or Deep Clean follows the same protocol as the Standard House Cleaning plan. However, with a One Time clean we expect to encounter more intense or restorative levels of cleaning. As an example, baseboards may require damp wiping instead of dry dusting. Or perhaps hard surfaces need more effort to bring them in line with cleanliness standards. A One Time clean fills the role of the classic “spring cleaning” for many clients. A One Time clean may also be needed before special events, or life changes. One Time Cleans are priced higher than a Recurring Clean in the same space because of the additional intensity required. Any Standard cleaning beyond a monthly interval is priced as a One Time Cleaning. Inside of refrigerator cleaning and inside or oven cleaning can be added for an additional fee.

Moving Cleans

The homes we leave need to be cleaned. And the homes we are moving to need cleaning before we put things in them. Town & Country Cleaning offers move in and move out cleanings to make sure that your home is ready. Moving Cleans, like other One Time Cleans, involve more intense, restorative techniques. However, Moving Cleans also have a wider expected scope. A home is often empty of possessions, meaning that insides of cabinets and closets need to be cleaned. Additionally, insides of refrigerators and ovens can be added to make them ready for their new owners.
