High Filtration and True HEPA Vacuum Cleaners

The ProTeam Backpack Vacuums that we use are actually shown in real world and lab tests to improve the air quality of the spaces they are used in. They are one of the only marks to carry the seal of the American Lung Association.

Hospital Grade Microfiber Cloths

Our PerfectClean Microfiber Cloths and Flat Mop Heads have documented removal rates of pathogens meeting or exceeding levels by hospital grade disinfectants using only plain water. These allow us to give you a sanitary home without using toxic disinfectant solutions.

Core Cleaning Plan

The Core Cleaning plan addresses the areas that everyone hates to clean in their own home: the kitchen and the bathrooms. Homeowners who select the Core Cleaning plan can expect the same level of attention as the Standard Cleaning plan. The Core Cleaning allows you to experience a professional clean in the most high impact areas. Yet by limiting the cleaning service to just the wet rooms, Town & Country can save you some money on the total price.

Move In & Move Out Cleans

Every time we move, there’s a clean up process on both ends. The homes we leave need to be cleaned. And the homes we are moving to need cleaning before we put things in them. 

Moving Cleans, like other One Time Cleans, involve more intense, restorative techniques. However, Moving Cleans also have a wider expected scope. A home is often empty of possessions, meaning that insides of cabinets and closets need to be cleaned.  Additionally, insides of refrigerators and ovens can be added to make them ready for their new owners.

Move In & Move Out Cleans are priced per labor hour

Additional Bed Linen Changes

One bed linen change per visit is included in the price of your Standard House Cleaning Service, One Time Cleaning, or Deep Cleaning Service. Each additional bed is $10

Dishes Washed

We can knock out that sink of dishes for you! Dishwashing can be added to your Standard Cleaning Service, Core Cleaning Service, One Time Cleaning, or Deep Cleaning for $25

Laundry Load Washed

Let us move along that pesky load of laundry. We can load it into the washer and move it along to the dryer while taking care of cleaning your home. $35 per load, limited by cleaning time.

Deep Cleaning Baseboards

 Although our services cover dry dusting and spot cleaning of your baseboards, sometimes you need a deeper cleaning. We have you covered. Deep cleaning baseboards priced per linear foot.
